I'M APRIL
Â
Sure, I’m a therapist, a mom, and an entrepreneur. But at the core, I’m someone who refuses to settle for a half-lived life—and I don’t want that for you either.
Â
Society tells us who we should be. Trauma tells us what we can’t be. But here’s the truth: you get to decide who you are from this point forward.
Â
I’m here to help you break free from the lies, the shame, and the limits that have kept you small, so you can finally step into a life that feels honest, free, and fully yours.

MY STORY
Â
I used to think life was about following the rules, keeping the peace, and trying not to rock the boat. But here’s what I learned the hard way: playing small will kill your soul faster than failure ever will.
Â
For too long, I lived in a version of myself that wasn’t real—shrinking, settling, and pretending everything was fine. That path only led me to exhaustion, anxiety, and a life that didn’t feel like mine. At some point, I had to choose: keep betraying myself to make others comfortable, or finally step into the life I was created for.
Â
That choice changed everything. I did the work to heal, face my own patterns, and rebuild from the inside out. And now, that’s exactly what I help other people do.
Â
If you’re weighed down by anxiety, depression, or trauma, I want you to know this: you don’t have to stay there. I help people break through the beliefs and emotions that keep them stuck so they can finally feel the freedom, confidence, and joy they deserve. Healing isn’t easy—but it is possible. And it’s the bravest, most powerful choice you’ll ever make.

"I walked in feeling broken. I walked out realizing I was never broken- I just needed a new way forward."
